Nutrition & Wellness

Senior Congregate Meals

Mealtimes provide natural occasions for socializing with friends and neighbors as well as enjoying a nutritious meal.

Noon time meals are available to anyone 60 years of age or older (and their spouses, regardless of age) at Senior Meal Sites throughout the Northeast Kingdom. Link to list of Meal Sites.

Home Delivered Senior Meals

Home delivered meals are available to those who are unable to reach a Meal Site because of illness or frailty. These meals are delivered by volunteers who generously donate their time. If you are interested in volunteering as a home delivered meals driver, please call the Senior HelpLine.

Cost

There is no charge for senior meals. However, there is a donation policy that allows seniors to contribute toward the cost of the meals.
